Job Description :- 4+ years experience in data analysis with 4+ years experience as a data analyst in an enterprise-wide Data Governance initiative- 2+ experience in implementing Business Glossaries, Collibra Data Catalog, Collibra Workflow, and Collibra Metamodel- Experience with requirements gathering, creating technical documentation, demonstrating how solutions will work, and performing User Acceptance Testing- Experience with collecting, analyzing, and leveraging data to solve business and technical problems- Experience with defining, building, and implementing policy, standards, operating models, playbooks- Ability to ask questions, Dig-in, explore & come to new conclusions based on the findings- Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple Agile Stories- Demonstrates domain knowledge of data lifecycle management within the banking or financial services industry is strongly desired- Experience with Reference Data and Master Data Management- Experience with ETL tools, Data Quality tools, Metadata tool, Database, file systems- Understanding of AWS Services for Data Lake such as Redshift, Glue, Athena, EMP, etc- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Intellectual curiosity and aptitude to pick up new technical skills- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset- Coordinating and working along with Offshore resources- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Sta tistics, Information Systems, or another related fieldSoftware Skills :- Data Governance Tool (Collibra, Informatica, IGC, Talend)- ANSI SQL- Java/Groovy Scripting, Shell Script, and Python 3- Cloud technologies (preferably AWS) is a plus- Databases SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift- BI Tool Business Object, Tableau (ref:hirist.tech)
