Description:
Responsibilities :- Plan, design, and execute performance testing strategies and test scenarios using JMeter to evaluate the performance, scalability, and reliability of software applications.- Collaborate with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to identify performance testing requirements and success criteria.- Analyze performance test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies and solutions.- Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and scenarios using JMeter, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test executions.- Conduct manual testing activities as needed, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.- Configure and manage test environments, including setup, deployment, and monitoring of test infrastructure.- Document test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability.- Work closely with project managers to prioritize and schedule performance testing activities, ensuring timely delivery of results and recommendations.- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and stakeholders on performance testing best practices and methodologies.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in performance testing tools and techniques, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 3-5 years of experience in performance testing, with a strong focus on using JMeter.- Experience with manual testing methodologies and practices.- Mandatory experience with Dynamics 365/CRM environments.- Proficiency in designing and executing performance test scenarios using JMeter.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify performance issues.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Experience with performance testing tools and technologies beyond JMeter is a plus.- Relevant certifications in performance testing or software testing (e.g., ISTQB Performance Testing Certification) are desirable.
