Job Description :Responsibilities : - Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to closure, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, identifying key milestones and dependencies to drive project execution and delivery. - Allocate resources and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, testers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed to ensure project success. - Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. - Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards, including SAP Activate or other SAP-specific methodologies. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and drive results. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - 4 - 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP projects.- Proven track record of successfully managing SAP projects from initiation to closure, including project planning, execution, and delivery. - Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and modules, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP solutions. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks, such as PMBOK, Agile, or SAP Activate. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Experience managing project budgets, resources, and timelines, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. - PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
