Description:
Job Requirements :- Proficiency in crafting high-quality acceptance and integration test automation scripts and integrating them with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, effective communication, and demonstrated leadership skills to manage multiple test paths concurrently.- Familiarity with security testing, performance testing, and performance tuning would be advantageous.- A strong passion for achieving excellence in technical prowess, process efficiency, product quality, and reliability.- Highly detail-oriented and technology-driven individual with excellent communication skills.Desired Candidate Profile:- Minimum 8-12 years of extensive experience in Software Testing.- Sound knowledge of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).- Proficiency in Coding, particularly in Core Java and Selenium.- Expertise in API and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).- Hands-on experience with both Manual and Automation API Testing tools.- Experience in devising Test Strategy and Test Planning.- Proficient in working with Automation Testing frameworks.- Comprehensive understanding of software development for building and utilizing automation frameworks using a range of technologies including Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Soap UI, REST, JSON, XML, Eclipse IDE, etc.- Familiarity with BDD (Cucumber) and the TestNG framework.- Experience in various testing types such as Functional, Usability, Compatibility, Accessibility, Regression, and Requirements/Documentation testing.- Proficiency in test planning and estimations.- Experience in web application testing (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).- Knowledge of common testing tools/technologies including SQL, XML, JSON, Fiddler, Postman, HP ALM.Key Qualifications :- Extensive testing experience.- Expertise in Selenium with Java utilizing the Cucumber framework, with the ability to seamlessly work with existing frameworks.- Knowledge in webservice automation using Rest Assured.- Good experience in Agile Methodology.- Oversight of projects to ensure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks, team strengths, and resource allocation across projects.- Experience in managing a team of QA Junior Engineers.- Proficiency in client communication.
