Location : Pan India Job description :SAP Materials Management & Warehouse Management Consultant SAP S/4HANA Material Management / Warehouse Management (MM/WM) Lead Consultant (Green Field Implementation)Job Description : Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Material Management & Warehouse Management (MM/WM) Lead Consultant with expertise in SAP S4Hana MM/WM module for the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design, realization, data migration, and testing ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations. - Minimum 5 years of SAP MM/WM End to End Implementation experience in at least two implementation projects. - Minimum 2 years of SAP S/4HANA Conversion and/or implementation experience. - Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics is a must. - SAP MM/WM skills to include but not limited to, Organization Structure, Master Data, pricing schemas, various process like direct procurement, indirect procurement, service items, goods receipt, invoice receipt, stock transfers, MRP, consignments, inventory management, Serial Numbers, Batch Determination etc, Inbound logistics, storage and operations, outbound logistics, picking and put-away strategies, search strategies, Transfer orders etc. - SAP S/4HANA Best Practices: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards for material management processes. This includes understanding standard SAP solutions, recommended configurations, and pre-configured business processes provided by SAP S/4HANA.- SAP S/4HANA Data Migration: Experience with data migration processes in SAP S/4HANA, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (SAP DS). This involves migrating legacy material master data, supplier master data, purchasing documents, and inventory balances into the S/4HANA system while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.- Experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.- SAP Fiori/UI5: Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for SAP S/4HANA MM processes. This includes configuring Fiori apps, enhancing standard Fiori applications.- Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA reporting tools such as embedded analytics within S/4HANA.- SAP WM Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the SAP Warehouse Management module, including configuration, master data setup, warehouse structure design, and process mapping. This encompasses warehouse organization structures, storage types, storage sections, storage bins, SU Management and warehouse movements (goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers etc.).- RFID and Barcode Technologies: Knowledge of RFID and barcode technologies used in warehouse operations for tracking and managing inventory.- SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM): Familiarity with SAP Extended Warehouse Management for advanced warehouse management functionalities.- Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP MM/LE and other relevant SAP modules like FICO, SD/LE, PP/QM etc. - Experience in implementations per SAP ASAP and/or SAP Activate methodologies. - Experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles. - Experience in preparing Business Blueprint or Functional Design Documents and Functional Specifications. - Results driven, team oriented, adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods. - Positive attitude and proactive nature to work with Cross-Teams.- Working knowledge of agile and waterfall development methodologies.- Self-motivated, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
