Experience :- 20+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex software projects.- Extensive experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide a team of software developers.- Strong understanding of software design principles, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and clean code practices.Technical Skills :- Expertise in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#) with experience in building large-scale, enterprise-level applications.- In-depth knowledge of software development frameworks and libraries relevant to the specific role (indicate specific frameworks based on your needs).- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.- Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience in data modeling.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.- Working knowledge of API design principles and experience with web services.- Familiarity with testing methodologies (unit testing, integration testing) and automated testing tools.Leadership and Communication Skills :- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of software developers.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence product development decisions.Additional Skills :- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.- Strong time management and organizational skills.- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.- Passion for software development and a commitment to excellence.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the development of complex software projects from inception to completion.- Define technical vision and architecture for assigned projects.- Mentor and guide a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive development environment.- Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, QA, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.- Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends and technologies.- Contribute to the overall technical vision and strategy of the organization.
