Job Description :A robust logical foundation with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design tailored for embedded systems.Extensive experience in end-to-end development.A deep passion for technology and staying abreast of emerging trends.Outstanding analytical, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and design patterns.Demonstrated proficiency in designing software architectures for delivering scalable, extensible, and maintainable solutions from scratch.Strong experience in Core Java, Advanced Java, OOPs, and MySQL.Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, MongoDB, Hibernate, Log4J, Junit, XML, JSON, and SOAP.Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, and GIT.Proficiency in unit testing.Hands-on experience with at least one continuous integration and continuous delivery technology such as Jenkins or ELK Stack.Eagerness to work as a full-stack developer.Expertise in the FinTech domain (desirable).Adaptability and flexibility as a team player.What You'll Do :Your specific responsibilities in this role will include :Involvement in the end-to-end product lifecycle and playing a key role in deciding the product architecture.Identifying team members through recruitment and allocating them to projects based on their strengths.Acting as a strategic partner for the Java team.Actively working to eliminate knowledge silos within the team and ensuring technical growth among team members.Participating in defining the technical vision for the team, researching new technologies, and making recommendations for adoption.Encouraging the team to adhere to best coding practices.Participating in team members' performance evaluation and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.Serving as the primary point of contact for building the second hierarchy in the team.Ensuring the team's progress is not impeded by the use of new technologies or dependencies.Keeping necessary architectural documents up to date and considering the long-term consequences of architectural choices.Establishing strong relationships with team members and acting as a mentor when needed.Keeping clients informed and engaged in the technical aspects of projects and building relationships across the client community.Identifying risks and devising mitigation plans.Responding to technical queries and requests from team members and customers.Coaching, guiding, and mentoring junior team members.Participating in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.Being part of the pre-sales cycle.Conducting root cause analysis and outlining corrective actions for given problems.Contributing to development while maintaining a balance with leadership responsibilities.
