Description:
Responsibilities :- Address and resolve technical inquiries from merchants and their developer teams through various communication channels, offering detailed technical guidance.- Conduct product demonstrations to merchants during pre-sales and post-sales discussions, guiding them through product integration and dashboard usage.- Perform technical debugging of merchant environments to facilitate integration with Cashfree via mobile, plugins, APIs, etc.- Conduct in-depth analysis of issues and collaborate effectively with other teams to resolve critical merchant problems.- Adhere to strict resolution SLAs to address business-critical issues for Cashfree merchants, working closely with engineering and operational teams.- Deliver a superior support experience for Cashfree merchants.- Develop and maintain product-level playbooks for team reference, contributing to and managing the knowledge base.- Undertake technical initiatives aimed at enhancing product efficiency.Requirements :- Proficiency in coding languages like Go, Python, or Java, with practical experience in at least one of them.- Strong command of SQL for query execution and utilizing APIs on tools such as Postman.- Familiarity with or experience in using web and mobile development tools like React Native, Flutter, Cordova, and Ionic React would be advantageous.- Experience in handling technical queries across email, call, and chat channels.- Attention to detail in enhancing technical documentation.- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.- Experience in maintaining and optimizing existing integration solutions to accommodate changes in client and internal environments.- Ability to generate ideas for process improvements and mentor junior team members.- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in resolving issues and communicating with merchants and internal teams.- Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts and set performance benchmarks within the team.
