Description:
Responsibilities :Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies to support agile software development processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test automation requirements, identify test cases, and prioritize automation efforts.Architect and implement scalable and maintainable automation solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.Design and execute test plans and test cases, analyzing test results and identifying defects and areas for improvement.Establish and enforce best practices for test automation, including code reviews, standards, and guidelines.Mentor and coach team members on test automation best practices, tools, and techniques.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of testing efforts with business goals and priorities.Continuously monitor and evaluate test automation processes and tools, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in test automation, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.Technical Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or similar.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.Experience with API testing tools and techniques (e. g., Postman, REST Assured).Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
