Job Description :We're seeking a talented Engineer to join our team, focusing on enhancing automation and integration processes within our platform at Cloudflare. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for customers, integrating their applications seamlessly with Cloudflare. Your responsibilities will include improving our self-service platform, resolving integration challenges, and optimizing performance.Some of the key responsibilities will include :- Improving and automating our self-service platform for operational efficiency.- Designing, developing, and maintaining automation pipelines within an operational framework.- Implementing new features using NodeJS in an Azure environment, with a focus on automated testing.- Troubleshooting network and performance issues.- Assisting customers with integration challenges and enhancing documentation.About the Team :Our Cloudflare team focuses on maintaining the platform and enhancing self-service capabilities across the company. We are experienced in automation, cloud technologies, DNS, networking, and Cloudflare offerings.To be eligible for this role you will require :- Expertise in network, DNS, and Azure cloud technologies, including Docker.- Knowledge of JavaScript (bonus for multiple languages).- Strong automation skills and troubleshooting abilities.- Understanding of security protocols and modern authentication methods.- Ability to understand customer needs and improve documentation.- Commitment to quality, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and excellent communication skills.
