Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Zoho, MS Teams) and integrating Marketo with other third-party applications.Job Description :1. Lead Marketo implementation projects from conception to completion, including gathering requirements, designing workflows, configuring Marketo instances, and testing functionality.2. Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation strategies to drive engagement and conversion.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure Marketo aligns with overall business objectives and integrates seamlessly with other systems.4. Optimize Marketo instances for performance and scalability, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.5. Conduct training sessions for marketing teams to ensure proper usage of Marketo features and functionalities.6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and apply them to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.As a Marketo Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of Marketo, our marketing automation platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of Marketo, streamline marketing processes, and maximize the platform's capabilities to drive business resultsQualifications :1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.2. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo implementation, configuration, and administration in a B2B marketing environment.3. Proficient in building complex marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms within Marketo.4. Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead management processes, and data governance principles.5. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Zoho, MS Teams) and integrating Marketo with other third-party applications.6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.9. Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or other relevant certifications are preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
