Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Pega CLM/KYC Solutions Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing CLM/KYC strategic applications for our financial sector clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, along with a deep understanding of Pega CLM/KYC applications and their business implementations. This role will involve leading business teams, gathering requirements, and architecting solutions using Pega platform to meet business priorities.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of CLM/KYC strategic applications using Pega platform for our financial sector clients.- Utilize expertise in Pega CLM/KYC applications to provide strategic guidance and solutions to address business requirements and priorities.- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.- Lead the business team in defining and documenting business processes using Pega platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that leverage Pega CLM/KYC platform effectively.- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring successful delivery of CLM/KYC solutions within project timelines and budget constraints.- Serve as a subject matter expert on Pega CLM/KYC applications, providing guidance and support to business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in Pega technology and CLM/KYC domain, and leverage this knowledge to enhance solution designs and delivery methodologies.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CLM/KYC processes, enhance user experience, and ensure scalability and flexibility of the solution.- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements governing CLM/KYC processes in the financial sector.- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to evaluate and integrate additional capabilities or enhancements into the CLM/KYC solution, as needed.Ideal Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.- 17+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Pega CLM and KYC strategic applications as a Pega Business Architect for multiple customers.- In-depth experience and understanding of CLM/KYC strategic applications and their business implementation in the financial sector.- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification is mandatory.- Proven track record of defining business processes using Pega platform for financial sector clients.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business and technical teams at all levels.- Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to CLM/KYC processes in the financial sector.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
