Job Description : Luxoft is one of the leading service providers for Banking and Capital Market customers.Luxoft has been engaged by an large Australian bank for providing L1/L2 application monitoring and production support services for business critical applications / interfaces on 24/5 basis on a managed outcome basis in the Global Markets business area. We are looking for motivated individuals who has relevant skills & experience to lead this support engagement of 7-8 support engineers and willing to work in shifts.Responsibilities :- Leading & managing teams which are responsible for production application support & monitoring for multiple applications- Creating a knowledge base by documenting all regular day-to-day business and operational issues and frequently reported incidents- Producing regular monthly incidents, requests and problems reports to senior management.- Actionable reporting including KPI scorecards and SLA measurements that provide compliance tracking and highlight areas requiring focus- Interface with clients and with the product development teams to facilitate fixes for defects raised on the product- Create & Manage Shift RotaMandatory Skills :- Application Monitoring Tools - Other Databases L2 System support Linux Scripting- 8+ years of relevant experience in supporting Capital Markets applications- 4+ years of experience in leading & managing support teams- Good understanding of Capital Markets domain, products, and trade life cycle- Experience in supporting Java-based application and working knowledge on Java from support point of view- Strong Knowledge in ITIL process (incident, problem, or change management)- Strong Knowledge in Windows and Linux platform- Strong knowledge in scripting and programming languages like Shell scripting, Python, SQL scripting, and Windows PowerShell.- Strong knowledge in any Database (Oracle, SQL server, Sybase)- Good knowledge in monitoring tools like Splunk, ITRS, and Dynatrace, along with Dashboard and alert/monitoring configuration.- Good knowledge in any cloud platform along with Java based applications.- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills- Good understanding of CI-CD pipelines, along with knowledge in deployment configuration- Self-driven and result-oriented- Implementation experience of ITIL best practices in the areas of Service Delivery, Service Transition and operations, including effective incident and SLA management using process oriented and automation-driven approach- Implementation experience of monitoring software for pro-active monitoring of multiple production systems to reduce the risks of an impact to the users/business and increase efficiency in service delivery time.- Knowledge of current day application monitoring systems and processes to monitor typical A-Day-In-The-Life-Of for global clients- Automation of monitoring and measurement of KPIs for any production environment is highly desirable- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills- Willingness to work in a rotational-based support schedule, including overnight, weekend, and on-call support.Nice-to-Have Skills :- Knowledge of working with Murex upstream and downstream interfaces (bespoke & 3rd party applications)- Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university with good passing scores (ref:hirist.tech)
