Description:

Roles & Responsibilities :- Demonstrated expertise in using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.- Familiarity with performance engineering methodologies, including performance testing, profiling, and tuning, to identify and address performance bottlenecks in applications and systems.- Basic knowledge of Java programming language to understand application code and JVM (Java Virtual Machine) behavior, including memory management, garbage collection, and thread handling.- Desirable skill includes advanced proficiency in Dynatrace, including configuration, customization, and advanced analytics features for deep insights into application performance.- Experience with any log monitoring tool such as Splunk, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Sumo Logic for analyzing and correlating log data to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating tasks, data processing, and integrating with monitoring and analysis tools.- Understanding of modern application architectures, including microservices, containerization, and cloud-native deployments, to effectively monitor and optimize distributed systems.- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to interpret performance data, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions for performance optimization.- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders, to implement performance improvements and best practices.- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, stay updated with industry trends in performance monitoring and engineering, and adapt to evolving requirements and challenges in application performance management.
