We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Developer with 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing process-based solutions (BPM) within the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have expertise in utilizing Pega, JSP, HTML, XML, SOAP, and RESTful Web Services to create robust solutions, particularly in areas such as financial crime AML, Sanctions, KYC, and Fraud systems.Key responsibilities include :- Conceptualizing and implementing process-based solutions (BPM) tailored to the specific needs of the banking domain.- Writing complex programming logic and conducting thorough impact analysis to ensure the stability and efficiency of developed solutions.- Managing program debugging, defect identification, and resolution, as well as troubleshooting production issues.- Performance tuning to optimize system performance and enhance overall efficiency.- Providing sign-offs for Test Recommendation Reports and ensuring comprehensive SIT plan coverage as the domain subject matter expert (SME).- Designing and developing technical solutions for complex software modules and environments.- Creating solution architectures and technical specifications to guide integration efforts effectively.
