Overview : The role of Azure DevOps is crucial in our organization as it involves overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of Azure infrastructure and applications. This position plays a key role in ensuring our development processes are efficient and streamlined, resulting in the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.Key Responsibilities :- Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for various projects.- Managing and monitoring Azure DevOps environment and resources.- Collaborating with development and operations teams to automate and streamline processes.- Creating and managing ARM templates and infrastructure as code.- Implementing security best practices in Azure infrastructure and applications.- Troubleshooting and resolving deployment and operational issues.- Driving the adoption of DevOps best practices within the organization.- Utilizing scripting and automation for infrastructure and application deployments.- Providing technical guidance and support to development teams.- Participating in code reviews and ensuring quality control standards.- Implementing and managing Azure DevOps tools and extensions.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize and streamline workflows.- Staying updated with the latest Azure DevOps tools and technologies.- Documenting processes, procedures, and configurations.- Participating in on-call rotation and providing support as needed. Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure management.- Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.- Proficiency in Azure services and resource management.- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like ARM templates or Terraform.- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.- Familiarity with DevOps principles and best practices.- Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and infrastructure issues.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or related credentials.- Knowledge of source control systems like Git.- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Exp 4 to 8 years (ref:hirist.tech)
