Technical profiles having 5+ years of relevant experience2. Should have strong technical expertise on Data Migration/Conversion, Integration and Reporting.3. Strong in relevant tools/technologies like HCM extracts, BI Reports, HDL.4. Fast formulas knowledge is Optional.5. Should have basic functional knowledge about Core HR and additionally may have experience in any of the below modules:6. Payroll, OTL, Compensation, Absence Management, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management, Benefits, Learning module knowledge.7. Should have done at least 1 HCM cloud implementations.8. Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.9. Should have good communication and presentation skills10.
