Job Description :We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic startup team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software development and a passion for building innovative solutions. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge software products that drive the success of our startup.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks.- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using agile methodologies and best practices.- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Node.js, Java, or other relevant technologies.- Architect and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions leveraging platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications efficiently.- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to support our scalable and modular applications.- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to promote code quality and professional growth.- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to automate deployment processes and ensure high availability and reliability of our systems.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our product offerings.- Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.- Experience designing and building cloud-based applications using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Experience with agile methodologies and practices such as Scrum or Kanban.- Passion for learning and adopting new technologies, and a drive for continuous improvement.Good to Have :- Hands-on experience with Node.js or Java development.- Previous experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.- Certifications related to cloud platforms or software development.
