Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Frontend Architect to join our growing team. You will play a leadership role in shaping the future of our front-end development, driving innovation, and ensuring the optimal performance and scalability of our web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of front-end technologies, experience with modern frameworks, and a passion for building high-quality, user-centric experiences.Responsibilities :Strategic Leadership :- Determine the strategic and tactical direction of the front-end architecture, considering scalability, performance, and best practices.- Advocate for and champion a culture of operational excellence within the front-end development team.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies.Full-Stack Collaboration :- Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX designers, and data engineers to translate product vision into exceptional user experiences.- Participate actively in the Agile development process, including estimation, development, code reviews, testing, and ongoing maintenance.Technical Expertise :- Design, develop, test, deploy, and document impactful features with a focus on cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and search engine optimization.- Design efficient content models, user workflows, and page templates to ensure a seamless user experience.- Propose and implement tools and best practices to improve the site's stability, performance, and overall quality.Technical Skills :- Minimum of 12-14 years of experience in web development and production application support, particularly for high-traffic consumer-facing applications.- Proven track record of leading and mentoring junior developers.- In-depth experience with React (3+ years) and its associated ecosystem (Redux, Webpack, etc.).- Expert-level understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (prototypical inheritance, scope, closures).- Strong experience with Node.js, additional JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular.js), and build tools (e.g., Express, Gulp, Webpack).- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and familiarity with modern CSS methodologies (e.g., BEM, SMACSS).- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and deployment methodologies (CI/CD).- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and package management tools (npm, yarn).Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Passion for building elegant and user-friendly web applications.- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
