Job Title : Embedded Systems EngineerJob Description :We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and testing of microcontroller-based products with a focus on Cellular IoT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and digital design, as well as expertise in EMI/EMC testing.Responsibilities :- Design and develop microcontroller-based products, focusing on Cellular IoT applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software engineers, and product managers to define product requirements and specifications.- Architect and implement firmware and software solutions for embedded systems.- Conduct thorough testing and validation of designs, including EMI/EMC testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to hardware, firmware, and software.- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in embedded systems technology.- Document design specifications, test procedures, and results.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience in microcontroller-based product design and development, preferably in Cellular IoT applications.- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in embedded systems development, such as C/C++.- Experience with EMI/EMC testing and compliance standards.- Familiarity with wireless communication protocols such as GSM, LTE, NB-IoT, or LoRa.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with PCB design and layout.- Knowledge of embedded Linux development.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.- Understanding of cloud-based IoT platforms.- Relevant certifications in embedded systems or IoT.
