Responsibilities :- Review requirements, and specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback- Mobile apps(Android and iOS), PWA, and Web app testing- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements- Monitor debugging process results- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies- Up-skill engineers with quality assurance thinking.- At times design, develop and execute automation scripts using the open-source tool Cypress.Qualifications and Experience :- 2-5 years of professional experience working as a Software Test Engineer or a similar role- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant studies, although if you can prove you eat and breathe tech, feel free to apply- Experience with healthcare or research-based patient engagement solutions in the digital health area is a bonus- Also bonus points if you have had experience writing automated test scripts in Cypress or similar technologies.WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US?- Strong personal alignment with WeGuide's mission of making a positive impact on people's lives- High level of emotional intelligence - we look for people who understand others and work hard to build strong relationships with their team and customers. - Strong initiative and learning ability.
