Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Programme Management Officer (PMO) with extensive experience to join our team for an MSS (Managed Security Services) Transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong programme management skills, a deep understanding of the MSS domain, and a track record of successful transformation projects.Responsibilities : Programme Governance : - Establish and maintain programme governance structures, processes, and frameworks.- Define and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent programme delivery.- Facilitate programme governance meetings, including steering committees and working groups.- Monitor programme performance, track key milestones, and report on progress to stakeholders.Stakeholder Management : - Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their requirements and expectations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.- Communicate programme objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.- Manage stakeholder feedback and address concerns or issues in a timely manner.Programme Planning and Control : - Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, schedules, and resource allocations.- Monitor programme progress against plans, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.- Coordinate dependencies and interfaces between programme components and other initiatives.- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure programme quality and compliance.Financial Management : - Develop and manage programme budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.- Monitor expenditure against budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of programme costs, benefits, and return on investment.Change Management : - Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.- Engage with stakeholders to assess change readiness and develop tailored communication and training plans.- Monitor change implementation and adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.- 5-15 years of experience in programme management, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity domain.- Strong understanding of programme management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2).- Proven track record of successfully managing complex transformation programmes from initiation to closure.- Deep knowledge of the Managed Security Services (MSS) domain, including security operations, threat intelligence, and compliance.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex challenges.- Proficiency in programme management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint).- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are desirable.- Willingness to travel as needed to support programme activities.
