Job Description :Logic Planet is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Power Platform Developer to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in helping us leverage Microsoft's Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate workflows, build custom applications, and gain valuable insights from our data.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps to address business needs and improve process efficiency.- Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual tasks and eliminate errors.- Develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize and analyze data, enabling data-driven decision making.- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) for a seamless user experience.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Power Platform applications.- Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the Power Platform and related technologies.- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power Platform functionalities.- Document code and solutions clearly and concisely for future reference.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- 5+ years of experience developing applications using low-code/no-code platforms- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling principles- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based technologies (beneficial)- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively- Attention to detail and a commitment to qualityPower Platform (Core) :- Understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem: Knowledge of the various components within the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and their core functionalities.- Low-code/No-code development principles: Familiarity with the low-code/no-code development approach offered by the Power Platform, enabling rapid application and workflow creation.Power Apps :- Canvas and Model-driven App Development : Ability to design, develop, and deploy both canvas apps (for a user-friendly, customized interface) and model-driven apps (for data-driven applications leveraging existing data sources).- User Interface (UI) Design : Understanding of user interface design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly applications.- Data Connections & Integrations : Skill in connecting Power Apps to various data sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365) and integrating with other Power Platform tools.- Formula Language : Proficiency in Power Apps formula language (Power Fx) for manipulating data, defining logic, and controlling app behavior.Power Automate :- Workflow Automation : Expertise in creating automated workflows using triggers, actions, and connectors to streamline manual tasks and processes.- Connectors & Integrations : Knowledge of the extensive library of connectors available in Power Automate to connect with various cloud services and applications.- Conditional Logic & Flow Control : Skill in building complex workflows with conditional logic and flow control mechanisms to handle diverse scenarios.- Error Handling & Debugging : Ability to implement error handling mechanisms and troubleshoot issues within automated workflows.
