Job Description :At Attri, we prioritize Design and User Experience in everything we do. We are seeking a talented UI Designer with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a UI Designer, you will collaborate with a Senior Designer to create engaging designs that blend brand personality, visuals, and motion to deliver delightful experiences. Our goal is to foster a culture of innovation, where individuals embrace AI technologies to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and drive successful outcomes.About the Role :We are seeking a UI Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs for a variety of marketing materials and digital products.Key Responsibilities :- Design UI elements for digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.- Create engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, blog images, and website visuals, to support our brand's online presence.- Incorporate basic motion design in animations to enhance visual storytelling and interaction.- Utilize Figma for most design tasks, demonstrating proficiency and creativity in using the tool.- Work collaboratively with the team to align designs with brand guidelines and project requirements.Required Skills :- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design and animation skills.- Strong graphic design skills, capable of creating compelling marketing materials.- Basic motion design skills, with experience in creating simple animations.- Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing vector graphics.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Nice-to-Have :Knowledge of Webflow is an added advantage, though not mandatory.Fun Fact : At Attri, we value self-taught individuals.
