Job Summary The IT Services Team is responsible for designing and engineering all internal technology needs within the company as well as serving as the highest escalation point for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT teams. The IT Services Team is responsible for the overall performance and security of the IT managed systems to include infrastructure, networking, virtualization, servers, storage, and more. This position is accountable for researching, evaluating, testing, and designing technology solutions to address current and future needs of the company with a focus on networking, security, scalability, and automation. Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 10+ years’ network engineering/administration experience Experience with owning and implementing projects/solutions from conception to completion. Experience with designing and implementing network controls and best practices for an organization adhering to strict data security standards or compliance standards such as PCI, SOC, etc. Must have experience configuring and implementing Barracuda CloudGen Firewalls, including BGP, IPSEC/TINA Tunnels and Client Access VPNs. experience with IPAM solutions experience with creating detailed network diagrams and charts. Barracuda NG/CG Series Firewall experience (minimum of 4-5 years of direct Barracuda Firewall/product experience) Barracuda certs would be preferred. Barracuda Control Center management required . Must have experience with managing and configuring Cisco and Juniper Switches, both layer 2 and layer 3. Must possess working knowledge of switching, dynamic routing protocols, and network segmentation. Must have experience designing, implementing, and managing a multi-site on premise network architecture. Must be able to complete projects with minimal supervision Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Good administrative and organizational skills including strong documentation skills and adhering to policy. Ability to communicate with internal customers (employees) with courtesy and professionalism Ability to work independently and be comfortable in an environment of rapid growth and consistent change Must be able to maintain and handle shared documentation confidentially Ability to thrive in an open, collaborative, and team-based culture Ability to work cross-functionally to meet the needs of our internal customers.
