Responsibilities :Design and architect scalable, high-performance Node.js applications that meet business objectives.Lead the development team in implementing best practices and design patterns for Node.js development.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements, and translate them into actionable development plans.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.Implement security best practices to safeguard applications and data.Optimize application performance through code refactoring, performance tuning, and scalability enhancements.Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment of applications.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.Requirements :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Node.js applications.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.Extensive experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, Koa.js, or Nest.js .In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Proficiency in database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
