Job Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Lead Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will not only leverage your in-depth knowledge of front-end development languages and frameworks but also your leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of developers.Responsibilities :Technical Leadership :- Lead a team of front-end developers in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications.- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.- Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end trends and technologies and share knowledge with the team.Front-End Development :- Build pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Develop interactive and performant web applications using React.js and related libraries.- Integrate with back-end APIs using GraphQL for efficient data fetching.- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.- Implement accessibility best practices for an inclusive user experience.CMS Integration :- Design and develop custom functionalities and integrations with Content Management Systems (CMS).- Ensure seamless interaction between front-end and back-end components.Qualifications :- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks like React.js.- Experience with GraphQL and Node.js is a plus.- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.- Experience with CMS integrations (e.g., headless CMS) is preferred.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Passion for building beautiful and user-friendly web experiences.
