Description:
Role Description :This is a full-time remote role for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant at Mobile Programming LLC. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, identify solutions, and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions.Qualifications :- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to understand their needs and objectives.- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions to meet client requirements.- Collaborate with technical teams to implement AX solutions, including data migration, integration, and customization.- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of AX solutions.- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AX implementations, addressing issues and optimizing performance.- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics AX and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field.- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX as a Functional Consultant.- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or sales.- Experience with AX modules such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics.- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure AX solutions accordingly.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.- Microsoft Dynamics AX certification is a plus.
