Our team is dedicated to helping our clients optimize their human resources processes and achieve their business objectives.Role And Responsibilities :- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP and similar areas.- Minimum 4 years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response.- Proven implementation experience with advanced planning and scheduling solutions, such as OMP, O9, Logility, IBP, APO, etc.- Mandatory experience in at least one Kinaxis project implementation as a Solution Architect.- Ability to analyze and identify gaps, lead solution design, and implement the Kinaxis Rapid Response application to meet business requirements.- Configure Kinaxis's heuristics for demand and supply matching.- Understanding of data structure for the algorithm.- Create new algorithms within Kinaxis environment.- Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation activities.- Conduct workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements and propose optimal solutions.- Deliver high-quality client solutions that exceed expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget.- Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, managing project risks, managing client and Nilasu Consulting Services Pvt Ltd key stakeholders, and successfully delivering client solutions.- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relations.- Experience in team handling for at least 2-3 years is an added advantage.- Educational background in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.- Certifications in Kinaxis Rapid Response (Production, Supply, Demand Planning, Data Model & Integrations) are required.Candidate Qualifications :- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions.- Minimum 4 years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response.- Proven implementation experience with advanced planning and scheduling solutions.- Experience in at least one Kinaxis project implementation as a Solution Architect.- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ability to analyze and identify gaps.- Experience in configuring and creating new algorithms within Kinaxis environment.- Experience in leading implementation, configurations, testing, training, and documentation activities.- Ability to conduct workshops and propose optimal solutions based on business requirements.- Excellent project management and client relationship management skills.- Experience in team handling is an added advantage.Required Skills :- Supply Chain Planning Solutions (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, etc.)- Kinaxis Rapid Response- Implementation experience with advanced planning and scheduling solutions- Kinaxis project implementation as a Solution Architect- Algorithm configuration and creation within Kinaxis environment (ref:hirist.tech)
