Apply now to be part of our dynamic team!Key Responsibilities :- Conceptualize, develop, and implement digital process automation and low-code application platform (LCAP) service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.- Lead and manage technology practice teams, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align offerings, build capabilities, and establish thought leadership in areas such as robotic process automation (RPA), business process automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and go-to-market strategies that showcase our digital process automation expertise.- Define and execute strategies to elevate clients' automation capabilities, both internally and externally, positioning us as a leader in digital transformation.- Act as a digital evangelist and thought leader, providing strategic mentorship, and advisory services to clients, and articulating business scenarios with a deep understanding of technology deployment.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully conceptualizing, implementing, and delivering digital process automation solutions.- Expertise in leading technology practice teams, managing multi-million-dollar programs, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, and their applications in process automation and business innovation.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Agile leadership qualities, with a focus on collaboration, adaptability, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.- Passion for driving digital adoption, innovation, and customer satisfaction through technology-driven solutions.
