Job Description : Responsibilities :- Identify and solve key e-commerce challenges to enhance user experience and drive business growth.- Define user requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery.- Maintain a keen eye on performance metrics and iterate product strategy to optimize outcomes.- Lead scrum ceremonies to foster collaboration and drive excellence across departments.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 5+ years of B2C SaaS product ownership experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success.- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with strong communication and analytical skills.- Flexibility for international travel, as occasional travel may be required.Preferred Skills :- Understanding of the e-commerce consumer journey and experience with online payment systems and customer service.- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), providing additional value to our agile development processes.
