Description:
Job Description : - Providing consultancy to define roadmap and strategy for technical platforms.- Assessing business requirement to make sure that it aligns with strategy and roadmap.- Providing consultancy to define the IT scope and technical deliverables based on the business requirement.- Perform architecture impact assessment, define the governance path and get sign off from relevant governance bodies.- Project resources engagements and support in workload assignment.- Analysing low level business requirements to define the IT solution.- Maintaining vendor relationships to understand existing and emerging tools/applications for infrastructure/security requirements.Following the internal process and governance to introduce new technology/tool to the bank.- Conducting design workshops and engaging with Application/platform SMEs, application architects, business analysts, Security engineers, domain architects to deliver the overall solution.- Deploying new service/moving the existing workload to cloud where possible, leveraging the best compromise between private, hybrid and public cloud offering within regulatory guidelines.- Providing high level and low level cross functional infrastructure designs aligning with patterns, policies and standards.- Managing the infrastructure design and deliverables in agile manner.- Obtaining design sign off from all project stakeholders, security, and infrastructure design forums.- Obtaining sign off from relevant architecture forums for designs which are impacting the existing architecture or introducing new architecture.- Delivering IT solution cost and helping the project managers to complete financial workbook.- Addressing any design queries during build phase and coordinating with build engineers to deliver the solution.- Coordinating with project manager/delivery manager for Service delivery.- Contributing in handover to BAU. Skill set :- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions.- Good Exposure in Infrastructure platforms (X86, Unix, VMware, Network, Storage, middleware applications, Database, and end user computing). Experience in designing and implementing Azure, GCP and IBM cloud solutions.- Good Exposure in Public cloud technologies IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.- Good Exposure in Kubernetes cluster and containers.- Hands -on experience in Enterprise infrastructure deployment process working with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery models.- Minimum 12 years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions. Skills : infrastructure architecture, Kubernetes, azure. (ref:hirist.tech)
