Cloud Knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud(Preferable),Experience Cloud(Preferable), Data Cloud(Optional)Customization:- Design and develop custom salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura), and lightning web components.- Integrate salesforce with external systems using APIs, Web services and middleware tools.- Experience of different Data migration techniques (Batch upload or with tools like data loader and others).- Experience of Development tools like: Developer Console, VS Code, GitHub , Jenkins- Experience of deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, ANT Configuration- Experience of salesforce OOB automation tools like: Workflow, Process Builders and Flows- Experience of Email-to-Case, Omnichannel, Web-to-case, Salesforce Chatters.- In-Depth understanding of salesforce Security and Sharing Setting: OWD, Sharing Rules, FLS, Manual sharingProcess and Tools:- Understanding of SDLC process specifically Agile process.- Understanding of Scrum in Agile- Experience of project management tools like Jira, Confluence- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
