Job Description :Responsibilities :- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets- Build page navigation buttons and search fields- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images- Working closely with the marketing team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design- Working with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to define interaction architecture and behaviour of the system to ensure that the user interface is compelling for end customer on visual, tactile and audible level- Design detailed wireframes with clear user journeys, information architecture, interaction flow, and interaction models, user flow / process flows.- Produce deliverables including presentations, graphic designs, wireframes, interactive prototypes, usability reports, design specs, etc.- Effectively sell design solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders through design storytelling and by demonstrating traceability in the design thinking.- Work with visual designers and engineering teams. Lead and coach a team of UI/ UX DesignersGoals :- Independently develop and own design strategy for all products- Develop design schedules and plans detailing key phases, milestones, including the timeline and ensure adherence- Effectively communicate with cross functional team, program manager and product owner and other key stakeholders to provide status updates with regular cadence- Identify potential/ongoing risks & roadblocks and work with the key stakeholders to overcome obstacles ensuring on time delivery- Develop an effective change management mechanism to track and resolve issues/challenges and open action itemsQualifications:1. Proven Experience : - Demonstrated success as a UI/UX Designer with a minimum of [X] years of experience.- Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, highlighting your role in driving user-centric solutions.- Working knowledge of Unity and Unreal platforms with an ability to use blueprints to create visually appealing graphics- Extensive knowledge on different types of cloud architecture. Understanding to analyze current products recommend the right solution architecture coordinating every detail leading up to design and delivery2. Leadership Skills :- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of UI/UX designers.- Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and foster a collaborative design environment.3. Design Proficiency :- Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.4. User-Centric Approach :- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.5. Strategic Thinking :- Ability to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.- Experience in developing and implementing design systems that enhance product consistency and user experience.6. Collaboration and Communication :- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.- Collaborative mindset with a track record of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.7. Innovative Problem Solver :- Creative thinker with a passion for solving complex design challenges.- Proven ability to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions that elevate user experience.8. Continuous Learning :- Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.- Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the professional growth of the design team.9. Project Management :- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.- Experience using project management tools to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.10.
