Job Description : As an Infrastructure Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. You will be responsible for maintaining our VMware environment, orchestrating migrations to cloud providers, and implementing containerization solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.Responsibilities : - Manage and maintain our VMware infrastructure, including virtualization hosts, storage, and networking components.- Plan and execute migrations of on-premises workloads to cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.- Implement and manage containerization solutions using Kubernetes and Docker, optimizing application deployment and scalability.- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet the organization's needs.- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices in infrastructure management.- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Administrator or similar role.- Proficiency in managing VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.- Hands-on experience with migrating workloads to cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Strong understanding of containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet is a plus.- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure issues.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.If you're passionate about infrastructure management and have a proven track record in VMware, cloud migration, Kubernetes, and Docker, we'd love to hear from you!
