Description:
Roles & Responsibilities :- Configuration of Production & Quality Management Modules- Preparation of Functional Specification on the Requirement Gather (Business Requirement Document & Functional Specifications)- Perform Unit & User Acceptance Testing (with scenarios)- Collaborate with project/Support teams to define and document business requirements.- Analyse current production planning and quality management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using SAP functionality.- Propose and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity within thePP & QM modules.- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper understanding of concepts and effectiveutilization of SAP PP and QM modules.- Provide user support by troubleshooting issues, resolving errors, and guiding end users in the effective use of the system.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, Product, Marketing, Finance , Sales , Procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP and QM moduleswith other business processes.- Assist in integrating SAP PP and QM modules with other SAP modules or external systems as perbusiness requirement.- Participate in the testing and validation of system changes, upgrades. enhancements/ customizationsand new functionalities related to SAP PP and QM modules.- Work with Manufacturing & Quality teams to ensure that all changes meet business requirementsand are thoroughly tested.- Participate in the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP PP and QM modules to meetbusiness needs.- Ensured that all the master data for PP & QM modules are correctly uploaded, after verification byrespective Process Owners / Functional Champions- Stay updated with industry trends and SAP updates related to production planning and qualitymanagement.- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement & implement those within the PP & QM modules- Configuration of Production & Quality Management Modules- Preparation of Functional Specification on the Requirement Gather (Business Requirement Document& Functional Specifications)- Perform Unit & User Acceptance Testing (with scenarios)- Collaborate with project/Support teams to define and document business requirement.- Analyse current production planning and quality management processes to identify opportunities forimprovement and automation using SAP functionality.- Propose and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity within thePP & QM modules.
