The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Data Science team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in the entire data analytics lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleaning to analysis, visualization, and reporting. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights to drive strategic decision-making.Responsibilities :- Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and business objectives.- Design and execute complex data queries using SQL and other data manipulation tools.- Clean, transform, and prepare raw data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and quality.- Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and machine learning techniques (a plus).- Develop insightful data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate trends and findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.- Create clear, concise, and actionable data reports and presentations to guide business decisions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis trends, tools, and technologies.- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure efficient data pipelines and infrastructure.- Participate in the development and implementation of data governance best practices.Ideal Candidate :- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data sets.- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.- Familiarity with data analysis programming languages like Python or R (a plus).- Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data findings into clear and compelling stories for diverse audiences.- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
