The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Node.js and MySQL, along with knowledge of Express.js and MongoDB.Responsibilities :- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Node.js and MySQL.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions using Express.js and MongoDB.- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.- Ensure the quality and performance of code through code reviews and testing practices.- Follow best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality codebase.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.- Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) activities, including planning, estimation, and sprint execution following Agile methodologies.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 1-2 years of professional experience as a Node.js Developer.- Strong proficiency in Node.js and MySQL, with hands-on experience in building backend applications.- Knowledge of Express.js and its application in developing RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.- Experience in technical leadership or senior developer roles is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
