As a T24 Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and executing migration projects to transition banking systems from legacy platforms to the T24 core banking system. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to plan, coordinate, and execute migration activities, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and minimal disruption to business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of banking processes, data migration principles, and the T24 platform, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities : Migration Planning and Strategy : Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to define migration objectives, develop migration strategies, and create detailed migration plans and timelines.Data Analysis and Mapping : Analyze legacy banking systems and data structures, identify data migration requirements, and map data elements to corresponding fields and structures in the T24 platform.Data Extraction and Transformation : Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to migrate data from legacy systems to T24, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.Customization and Configuration : Customize and configure the T24 platform to accommodate client-specific requirements, including configuring product definitions, workflows, screens, and interfaces.Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate migrated data and functionality, identify and resolve discrepancies or issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes, data mappings, configuration changes, and test results, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.Training and Knowledge Transfer : Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff and internal teams on T24 migration processes, tools, and best practices, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing support.Post-Migration Support : Provide post-migration support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth transition to production operation.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 3-7 years of experience in banking software implementation and data migration, with specific experience in T24 migration projects.- Deep understanding of banking processes, products, and systems, with knowledge of core banking systems, transaction processing, and regulatory requirements.- Hands-on experience with T24 core banking system, including customization, configuration, and data migration using T24 Migration Toolkits and other relevant tools.- Strong SQL skills and experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, preferably using tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or Informatica.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data structures, identify migration requirements, and develop effective solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed for project engagements.
