Job Title : Senior Data and Analytics EngineerWork Experience : 3-5 yearsJob Location : PunePosition Overview : We are looking for an experienced Senior Data and Analytics Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Hadoop, Scala, and Spark, along with a proven track record of building scalable and efficient data pipelines.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using Hadoop, Scala, and Spark.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Optimize and tune existing data pipelines for improved performance and efficiency.- Implement data quality and governance processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.-- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Master's degree preferred.- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles.- Strong proficiency in Hadoop ecosystem technologies (HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, HBase, etc.).- Expertise in Scala programming language and Spark framework.- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing techniques.- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).- Knowledge of streaming data processing frameworks (Kafka, Flink, etc.).- Certifications in relevant technologies (Cloudera, Databricks, etc.).Benefits : - Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for career growth and development.- Flexible work arrangements.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Company-sponsored events and activities.
