In this full-time role, you'll play a pivotal role in automating tasks, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient IT asset management.What You'll Do:- Design and implement powerful ServiceNow workflows to automate tasks and streamline ITSM processes.- Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations specifically for IT Asset Management (ITAM).- Leverage Ivanti software suite integrations to enhance data flow and automation within ITAM processes.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions.- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality, particularly within the ITAM domain.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.What You Bring to the Table:- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of ITSM modules.- Solid back-end web development and programming skills (e.g., Java, JavaScript).- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.- The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative remote environment.- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve with ServiceNow advancements, especially in ITAM functionalities.Bonus Points:- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices.- Experience with the Ivanti software suite.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
