Job Description : We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Financials (FI) and secondary knowledge in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).- Additionally, experience in Record to Report processes, Blackline, FIS Treasury Management, and digital transformation programs will be highly beneficial for this role.Responsibilities : - Utilize deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA to design, implement, and optimize Financial Accounting (FI) processes, with a secondary focus on Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with Record to Report processes.- Work with Blackline and FIS Treasury Management systems to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities.- Engage in digital transformation programs, leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools such as Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Fiori to drive innovation and efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.Desired Competencies : Technical Competency : - Deep experience with SAP S/4 HANA, focusing primarily on Financial Accounting (FI) and possessing secondary knowledge in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).- Proficiency in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Fiori, to support digital transformation initiatives.- Experience working with Record to Report processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.- Familiarity with Blackline and FIS Treasury Management systems, enhancing financial management capabilities and reporting accuracy.Behavioral Competency : - Ability to work effectively in digital transformational programs, driving innovation and change within the organization.- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with experience using tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
