Description :We are looking for experienced and passionate Pega Developers to join our dynamic team. As a Pega Developer, you will play a key role in the implementation and customization of Pega applications to meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications. This is a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Responsibilities :- Develop Pega applications to meet business requirements- Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements- Design and build user interfaces using Pega's UI technologies- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle- Perform unit testing and support integration testing- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Pega applications- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers- Stay up-to-date with Pega best practices and new features- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions- Continuously improve software development processes and methodologiesRequirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field- Experience working as a Pega Developer- Proven experience developing Pega applications in an Agile environment- Strong knowledge of Pega technologies, including PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega BPM frameworks- Experience working with Pega UI technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Pega UI controls- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design principles- Proficient in Java/J2EE and other relevant programming languages- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is a plus- Experience with Pega marketing, customer service, or robotics automation is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
