Responsibilities :- Lead and execute complex data science projects from conception to implementation.- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to extract actionable insights.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, guiding them in their professional development.- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in data science.- Drive innovation and best practices in data science within the organization.Requirements :- Bachelors or master's in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.- Experience in building scalable AI/ML, and computer vision solutions on image datasets.- Proficient in programming languages such as Python.- Experience with cloud-based platforms i.e., Azure, AWS, GCP, and big data technologies i.e., Hadoop, and Spark.- Experience in machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
