Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile processes, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum methodologies, Jira, SAFe Agile, Azure stack, and AIOPs.Key Responsibilities:- Scrum Master Role: Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams, guiding them through the Scrum process, facilitating ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives), and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.- Jira Expertise: Utilize Jira as the primary tracking tool for Agile projects, ensuring that user stories, tasks, and sprint progress are accurately documented and updated.- SAFe Agile Execution: Execute programs using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products on time.- Azure Stack and AIOPs: Leverage knowledge and experience with Azure Stack and AIOPs (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) to support project delivery and optimization of IT operations.- Task and Issue Management: Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items, ensuring that they are properly tracked, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.- Scrum Ceremonies: Schedule and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and communication within the team.- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.- Demos and Testing: Plan and organize product/system demos and testing activities, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.- Impediment Removal: Identify and address impediments that hinder the progress of the Scrum team, working proactively to remove obstacles and enable smooth project execution.- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders, providing visibility into project status, progress, and risks, and facilitating decision-making processes as needed.Key Skills:- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.- Proficiency in using Jira for Agile project management and tracking.- Experience executing programs using SAFe Agile methodology, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.- Knowledge and experience with Azure Stack and AIOPs, with the ability to leverage these technologies to support project delivery.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and foster collaboration within Agile teams.- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to address challenges.- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
