Job Description:Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS/PaaS technologies. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience and possess expert knowledge in Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations, reporting, fast formulas, and personalizations. Proficiency in tools like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports & Design Studio is essential for this role. Additionally, advanced knowledge in OIC, ADF, Java, PaaS, DBCS, and Agile methodologies would be advantageous.Key Responsibilities:- Cloud HCM Conversions: Design and execute data conversion solutions using tools like HDL to migrate data to Oracle HCM Cloud.- Integrations: Configure and develop integrations using HCM Extracts & BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.- Reporting: Customize and create reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) & BIP to meet business requirements.- Fast Formulas: Design and develop complex fast formulas to support various HCM processes and calculations.- Personalizations: Customize and personalize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to align with client-specific requirements.- Agile Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver HCM technical solutions efficiently.- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in HCM Cloud SaaS/PaaS technologies, with a focus on design and development of Fast Formulas.- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle HCM Cloud technologies and incorporate best practices into project implementations.Technical Skills:- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS/PaaS technologies.- Expertise in Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), reporting (OTBI & BIP), fast formulas, and personalizations.- Proficiency in tools like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports & Design Studio.- Advanced knowledge in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), ADF (Application Development Framework), Java, PaaS (Platform as a Service), DBCS (Database Cloud Service), and Agile methodologies would be advantageous.- Experience in Agile environments is desirable.
