Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Learning Management System modules to meet business needs. As a SuccessFactors LMS Specialist, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of our learning management platform.Responsibilities:- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Learning Management System modules, including module configuration, customization, and integration with other HR systems.- System Administration: Perform system administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.- Content Management: Manage learning content within the LMS, including course catalog management, content uploads, and version control.- Learning Program Management: Design and manage learning programs, curricula, and certifications within the LMS to support organizational training initiatives.- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track learning metrics, monitor training effectiveness, and provide insights to stakeholders.- Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the LMS with other HR systems, such as HRIS, performance management, and talent management systems.- User Support and Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure a positive user experience and adoption of the LMS platform.- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that the LMS meets compliance requirements and regulatory standards for training and certification programs.- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of SuccessFactors LMS, and recommend enhancements and best practices to optimize system functionality and usability.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.- 6-8 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Learning Management System modules.- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning Management System functionality, including but not limited to course management, content management, curriculum management, and reporting.- Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System administration, including user management, security configuration, and system maintenance.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into LMS solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Experience with integration of SuccessFactors LMS with other HR systems using APIs or middleware tools.- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to training and certification programs.- Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System administration or implementation is a plus.
