Description:

Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts, to meet business needs and enhance user experience.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose effective SharePoint solutions.- Develop and implement SharePoint applications using out-of-the-box features, as well as custom development using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and other development tools.- Implement and configure SharePoint features, including search, user profiles, metadata, and content management, to optimize system functionality and performance.- Integrate SharePoint solutions with other enterprise systems and applications, including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.- Develop custom solutions using SharePoint APIs, including REST, CSOM, and JSOM, to extend platform capabilities and address specific business requirements.- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on SharePoint usage and best practices.- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, permissions management, and site maintenance, to ensure system stability and security.- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in SharePoint development, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 5-8 years of experience in SharePoint development, with proficiency in SharePoint Online (Office 365) and SharePoint On-Premises.- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Modern UI, and Classic UI.- Experience with SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, PowerShell, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).- Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools and methodologies, including SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) and third-party migration tools.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
