We are hiring for L2 production support with top most MNC clientPosition : L2 Production SupportLocation : HyderabadExperience : 4+ YearsNotice Period : 0-15daysL2 Job Description :Responsibilities :- Expertise in Linux commands- Good exposure in java based application for issue faced during production- Hands on experience in SQL queries- Monitor the applications Health/Errors and raise incident if any threshold breaches.- Monitor the system metrics (CPU/Mem etc) and troubleshoot to restore the system.- 1st line of support for customer issue.- Analyze and troubleshoot logs to fix or escalate to L3 developer if noticed any errors/issue.- Monitor the batches and rerun if needed, troubleshoot the logs if fails.- Continue to update the status to respective stakeholder.- Good expertise on Monitoring tools (Grafana/Kibana etc or any relevant monitoring tools).- Need to have strong analytical skills to identify any issue- Knowledge on JBOSS/ Heap, Threads able to identify root cause in java threads- Basics on Network fundamentals- Batch monitoring/Processing - Ability to re-run, force jobs, sysout capturing, investigating agent unavailable issues, create job/batch (Knowing would be added advantage.- Ready to support 24-7 Operations and on rotational shifts basis- The position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as production support or at least infrastructure support or development role.- Should have good communication and ability to manage stakeholders with on-time responses. Qualifications :- B.Tech or any full time Bachelor degree- Min of 4yrs experience in Linux/Unix environment- Basic knowledge on Applications and connectivity to DB- DB Knowledge.
