Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, full stack developers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.- Design and implement robust DevOps practices and tools to streamline our development, testing, and deployment processes.- Architect and maintain a scalable orchestration framework to manage our cloud-based infrastructure efficiently.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into our products and services.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and security.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in leading DevOps and full stack development teams in a fast-paced environment.- Strong proficiency in DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and Terraform.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable microservices architectures.- Solid understanding of data science concepts and techniques, including machine learning and data visualization.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
